At the time of registration you will also need to provide two forms for proof of trading, ie. an official company invoice or utility bill. This needs to confirm your name and the company name and VAT number (where applicable). Letterheads alone will not be accepted as proof of trade.

Please note we are a TRADE ONLY cash and carry, you will only be able to register if you are a bonafide business.

  • To be authorised to shop at Bestpets you need to retail petfoods and / or accessories as the whole of your business. If you are a Boarding Kennels we would need to see your licence.  Breeders would need to operate as a business. Under no circumstances is shopping for personal pets allowed.
  • Customers starting up in business need to provide letter from banks, solicitors, etc as proof of starting a business.
