Face Coverings in Our Depots

Throughout this pandemic, the health and well-being of our customers & our team has been our top priority and we have taken steps at all our depots to ensure you are protected as you shop.

To ensure we are doing the right thing for everyone, we are staying close to government advice. The Government recently announced that face coverings will be compulsory in shops in England from 24 July and, for that reason, we will require customers and all visitors to wear a face covering when entering one of our depots from this date, except for those with underlying medical conditions.

We hope this step will promote safety and consistency whilst offering you and our colleagues comfort. We thank you in advance for your understanding of these changes and for your support at this time.
