Trade only policy
Bestpets operates a strict trade only policy. Our dedicated Regional Sales Development team make it their business to ensure we remain true to this policy with all new and existing customers alike.
Product Ordering
Delivered bestpets customers
Ordering online is simple – simply put together your order and submit. Images, product descriptions and full pricing information is available on line. Your order needs to have been placed prior to 2pm if your scheduled delivery day is the following day. The order will be processed at the depot and dispatched accordingly.
Cash and carry customers
Cash and Carry customers are able to build an order online. This can then be used as a shopping list in depot.
Bestpets CD ROM – (available to delivered customers only)
Our CD ROM displays full colour product images, editorial, cost information along with RRP and PORs. This is an exceptional tool which can be utilised when wanting to show consumers products and RRP information.
You can build your order on the CD ROM and submit electronically to the depot where it will be processed.
Telesales
Our dedicated Telesales teams are on hand to take your orders, offer help and advice, and of course offer you exclusive promotions throughout the trading year.
Unable to find a product?
If you are wanting to order a product but are unable to find it either in the warehouse on the website, let us know. We will do our upmost to source this product to allow you to order.
Monthly Mailings
We produce a calendar month promotional catalogue packed with offers available to both delivered and cash and carry customers. Sign up in depot to ensure you are not missing out.
Bestpets are committed to supporting the independent pet trade.

Price List
To keep all our delivered customers up to date, we produce a bi-monthly hard copy price list, which details our full ranges as well as pricing information and supplier RRPs. Covering over 8,000 products, this is a great reference document and tool for helping when placing orders.
