Batleys petfood Cash and Carry is proud to announce that they are a member of the Petcare Trust.
The Pet Care Trust is a national membership organisation for pet care businesses, which helps the pet specialist achieve the highest possible standards of animal welfare and customer service.
What they do:
Promote high standards of education and training across the pet care business community, offering a range of qualifications.
Provide a quality assurance of businesses in the pet care sector – on joining, all members agree to adhere to Pet Care Trust charters and codes of conduct which demonstrate best practice.
Represent the interests of responsible pet owners and their pets and the pet specialist trade that supports them when engaging with policy and lawmakers on animal health and welfare issues in the UK and internationally.
Educate the public directly through Pet Care Trust literature and www.petcare.org.uk and participation at Crufts and indirectly, by supporting members to keep their knowledge up-to-date and support pets and their owners.
